Stock value must be at LEAST $5 at the time it was chosen. What constitutes a Northwest Company? Corporate headquarters must be, as shown in the most recent 10Q filed with the SEC, in one of the five states of WA, OR, ID, MT or AK. Also, ANY name on the Seattle Times NW Stock List is also acceptable so that we may pick up our legacy names such as Boeing.
