Celebrate Washington Wine Month

It’s that time again: March is Washington Wine Month! To celebrate, we’re featuring our good friends at Balboa Winery. For fourteen vintages, Balboa has meticulously crafted The Met’s signature Cabernet Sauvignon. Our Wine Director, Chris Lara, and Balboa’s head winemaker have collaborated closely on each blend, selecting the finest grapes to showcase the classic Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. This year, Balboa has generously opened their cellar, allowing Chris to present a decade of their Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, alongside five years of their Syrah.
